Visiting Googleplex reinforces Australia's future is not yet written

With New York and the United Nations program now over, Philip today visited Googleplex, Googles Headquarters in Mountain View California on his way back to Australia.

One word describes Googleplex, wow! Philip heard and saw firsthand how Google looked after their staff, at how they're not only engaged, but also love working at Google. Google highly values a family/ work life balance, flexible working arrangements and provides meals and even charging stations for their employee's electric vehicles.

To consider Google started with a very simple idea, to where it is today is a truly amazing achievement. This is an example of our future, which is not yet written and is one that Australia must embrace. We therefore need to encourage innovation and ensure every Australian has access to education and training, and is supported to enable them to do their best, as like Google, the future starts with an idea.

And in answer to your question, the campus is exactly as shown in "The Intern."
